Dr. Lakin received his D.O. from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been a family physician and Assistant Resident Director with Via Christi Riverside Health System. He currently serves as the group medical director for Derby Health and Rehabilitation.
Mr. Hermes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Kansas State University. He also holds degrees in long term care administration and gerontology from the KSU Center for Aging. Mr. Hermes is a licensed Long Term Care Administrator and has over 25 years of operational experience.
Mr. Lillie has over 20 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project management & system engineering strategies. He co-founded Physicians Development Group, LLC, a healthcare development company, in 2006.
Mr. Nuss earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Butch has been involved in corporate development for 13 years having experienced real estate and construction development.
Mr. Wagner is a CPA who earned his BBA and MBA from Pittsburg State University. Bill has a background in public accounting, manufacturing, and real estate development/hospitality, both with private and publically traded companies. Bill has participated in many financing transactions including construction loans, operating loans, sale leaseback transactions, and joint ventures. Bill also has experience with company acquisitions and divestitures.
Ms. Flora has over ten years of experience in client relations and marketing. She also her Bachelors in Business Administration from WSU. Her main role with PDG will be working with investors to insure they are up to date with their current investments as well as other investment opportunities.
Trudy Sloan has 12 years of experience in Real Estate and three years in residential lending. She also has a Bachelors in Business Management. Trudy’s primary role as Office Coordinator will be to help in any area of the PDG Group that may need her assistance.
